Heart and dedication. Since signing up, Sam has barely missed a class. He attends every class offered in his age group, and always puts forth 110%. It is easy to see that he fully commits to every workout. We have a saying posted by our drinking fountain... "Nobody ever drowned in sweat"... and Sam embodies that statement. There is no doubt in the minds of the instructors that Sam has the drive and determination to reach any goals he sets for himself, and this commitment will hopefully stay with him throughout his life. Good job Sam, keep setting a good example for the other students to follow.
