RCT.  The name says it all:  “Realistic Combat Training”.  From basic self  defense to advanced weapons disarms, RCT will take you from a beginner level to a point at which you will feel comfortable defending yourself in any given situation.  RCT is also unique to United World Martial Arts, and can not be found being taught anywhere else.  RCT is a major part of our adult Karate program which has a strong emphasis on self defense.
