     Stepping it up!   Since becoming a member of the "Black Belt Club" a few months back, Dawson has really "stepped up" his Martial Arts workout.
     He has always been a good student, but recently he has become an awesome one.  The Black Belt club looks like the push Dawson needed to take his martial arts to the next level.  He now stands out both physically and mentally on the dojo floor. 
     Working hard towards his Blue Belt, Dawson finally seems confident no matter what we are working on.  Always smiling, always practicing, and most important, always attending classes makes a nice mix for moving forward quickly in the martial arts.  Looks like "Awesome Dawson" has finally found his confidence, and he definitely sets a higher standard of training for students to follow.

      "Low Impact Fitness Exercise" better known as the L.I.F.E. Program!  This unique workout is designed for those wishing to work there way back into shape at a more gradual pace and is similar to Tai Chi, but with a bit more emphasis on fitness than on simple stretching.
     In this fun packed hour, participants will not only improve their flexibility, but will also strengthen and tone their muscles and work their cardiovascular.  Classes are every Monday and Friday, from 9AM to 9:45PM.
