Jack.  A name well known and spoken with respect in our karate school.  Jack was a long time member or our RCT (realistic combat training) classes, and it shows in the Dojo when its time for fighting in our Karate Program.   Jack is quiet by nature, preferring to let his strength and prowess voice volumes whenever he takes to the mats for any of our physical fighting classes in the adult karate program.  Both of his sons, Luke and John, are already also showing a gift and talent for sparring and ground fighting, not to mention taking after their dad personality wise by being focused, well liked and respectful.
In this day and age, its nice to see a father who sets a great example for his children.  You can see the pride in their faces when they watch you work out, and its easy to see who is the idol in their lives.  I'm even proud to call you a friend myself.  Keep up the hard work Jack.  I think you are already ahead of most people who take martial arts because I think you already understand that the most important and fun thing is the "journey", and the enjoyment and physical fitness you derive from it.  Its that simple attitude that guarantees you a Black Belt down the road.

We were notified that the NEW KARATE KID movie series slated for a Fall 2010 release will have its first movie shot in Niagara Falls, and that our school came up on Hollywood's radar due to Sensei Mike's travels to California a couple years back.  We were contacted and they need a BUNCH of karate students for the movie!!! Some will simply be in the background shots, but many have a chance at an actual speaking role!
This will be a Walt Disney movie production, all first class.  As far as we know, our Karate school was the only one contacted and we guaranteed them a number of talented students, we know you won't let us down.  We will be making announcements about this in classes soon, but you don't want to miss the sign ups, so please act fast.   The casting director for this movie is Lirpa Sloof. Please let us know if your interested and we will give you one of his business cards, he is currently still in Los Angeles but is supposed to be coming to the Buffalo area by the end of May for auditions.  Good Luck!!!!
