If any student "defines" student of the month, it's Matt.  What are some of the deciding factors that go into picking a "Student of the Month"?  It's not how "long" you've been a student, or what rank you are... it's much more than that.  We have a lot of students to consider each and every month, and the decision is never easy but always earned. 
     Some of the things we look for in a "Student of the Month are that they have to put forth an honest, hard physical effort... Matt.  They have to show a real interest and focus on attaining their next belt rank... Matt.  The student has to interact well with other students... Matt.  One of the more important changes we look for is that they show a noticeable positive increase in their training, often becoming the student we seen inside them... Matt.  The list goes on.
     Congratulations Matt.  Your recent increase of focus and dedication to your martial arts hasn't gone unnoticed.  Great job on the Dojo floor, keep up the hard work.

    It seems like it was yesterday and we were celebrating last years Christmas party, and it's here again already.  We have a record breaking amount of people signed up this year, and it should be every bit as fun as the last party. 
     We would like to take this time to thank everyone who make our Karate School possible.  We are aware that Karate is a commitment, and we commend everyone for their dedication to us through Hamburg's revitalization project.  The road construction can be a real hassle and when you  mix that on top of our normal busy schedules it can become quite overwhelming,  yet you all still manage to get here, and wearing smiles upon your faces.  We try hard to make sure every class is diverse, educational and fun, and we expect nothing from our students that we don't give forth, 100%... and it makes us feel great to see your dedication also.
     The road construction should be completed by June of next year (2008), and thank you all greatly for your patience.  2007 was a fun year for us, and as always we look forward to "kicking back" with you at our holiday Bash!  See you all there, and thanks again.
