K.I.C.K. (Karate Inspired Cardio Kickboxing). 
Get an all around workout with an emphasis on fun.  This one-hour class is guaranteed to push your endurance to the limits as you punch, kick and jump rope your way to better fitness.  Old time traditions are mixed with modern methods to produce one of the best all around workouts available today.  Muscle toning, strength conditioning, weight loss and endurance are just a few of the benefits you will achieve from just a few short weeks of training.   K.I.C.K. is a mix of popular martial arts styles such as Tae Bo and Kung Fu strategically blended with more traditional exercises found in the boxing gym, not to mention many drills and exercises that are totally unique to United World Martial Arts.
