Now we know where her son gets it.  Erin has migrated, with flying colors, from our kickboxing fitness program into the adult karate program seamlessly.
     She now attacks karate with the same passion and effort she put into all her cardio classes.  She is always practicing, and attends all classes we offer adults, karate, kickboxing, and even the intense monthly self defense classes.
    Keep setting an example for your son Erin, leading by example is not just the best way, but the only way. Great job.
