Silent determination.  Katie is serious about her martial arts, and it shows.  She pushes herself hard, gives everything she has to every class, and is an inspiration to everyone around her. 
      If you didn't know Katie, her focus, power and speed would definitely catch you totally by surprise, but if you "knew" Katie, you wouldn't expect anything less.  She treats every workout with total seriousness... and has since she started.
     Good work Katie, your talent and dedication in the martial arts is only a small part of your overall package, and were pretty sure your parents couldn't be more proud of you.
