UNITED WORLD MARTIAL ARTS

"Patience is a virtue" is an old proverb, and one Aaron not only showed the last couple of month's, but he took it to a much higher level.  Aaron and his older brother Jake,  both members of our "Lil' Dragon's Beginner" program, were recently separated as his brother Jake was promoted to the "Advanced" Lil' Dragon's Class.  Aaron was having none of that!
He bore down and focused on his Karate training like never before.  You could see and feel his determination on the dojo floor.  He had one purpose in mind.  Promotion.  It was easy to forget his young age as he soon stood out in his class, power and speed in his techniques like never before.
His free time before and after class quickly transformed into practice and not play, and he was found testing on his material whenever time allowed.  When he was rightly placed on the "board" for promotion, he again made the instructors proud as he showed us just how much he wanted the promotion.  Needless to say, he did pass and he more than earned it.

Picking the student of the month is a tough process, we look for the student who "stood out" in some special way for the last month or two, and there are always a number of great candidates to choose from, but this month's choice was easy.   To quote a baseball saying: "Way to step up to the plate" Aaron...  and your recent performance in the Dojo was definitely a Home Run.
