Mickey, a solid part of our Demo Team often seen wielding her Nunchakus with ease.  Attending classes and practicing as frequently as she does is one of the major reasons that her skill level increases constantly. 
      She now attends yet another class added to her weekly schedule... the advanced adult class.  Seen working out next to UWMA'S senior belts and instructors, it's no surprise that Mickey fits right in.
     Having attained the rank of a Brown Belt at another Karate School and feeling as if she wasn't being challenged enough, Mickey decided to switch to UWMA and start over at a white belt rather than stay at her previous school.  This speaks volumes for her character and dedication to the arts, not to mention it makes us at UWMA feel proud that someone with her talent thinks so highly of our school.
    Treat life as you train Mickey, with purpose, dedication and heart, because sometimes like your decision to "start over", the best things in life have more meaning and worth when you know you've earned them.
