"The heart of a warrior".  We feel that this statement describes Denise best.  She is a member of our adult karate program, and she also partakes regularly in our "cardio" classes.  Denise's "karate spirit" is a beacon to all students.  She has recently tackled hurdles that would of set a lot of people on the sidelines, and not only did she overcome, she actually flourished. 
     Denise and her son Chris are easy to spot on the workout floor... simply look for their smiles as they put forth 110% effort.  Denise, keep striving to be your personal best, and we'll do our best to make sure you get there.
